Free May Desktop Background- With Calendar

I had a hard time figuring out what I am going to do for this months desktop background. I started thinking about the month of may...that spring is coming, love is in the air....and picnics on the ground....and before you can say "summer break" this spring picnic inspired background came to life.

Goals 2013 // Monthly Update April

→read a book every month-I still have not finished Shadow of the Almighty...eventually I will. I started two books for school last month Competent to Counsel by Adams and Guide to Successful Christian Teaching by Ardell Jacquot. Both are really interesting (even if it is for school) and I can really recommend Guide to Successful... to anyone that does any form of teaching be it homeschool, Sundayschool, etc
→create something once a month (digital, crafting, sewing)- This is probably the reason I haven't read much....I have been creating as we can see here, here, and here and I sewed the owls for the giveaway!


→1 guest post/month- Last month I had many guest posts....this month I didn't have any. :( →1 vlog/ month- Yes! The link up I did and I talked about what my passions are.  


→practice one song a month together- Sadly no, we'll play music or just have fun together but even that was scarce this month. *sigh*
→continue monthly date night - Yes, tonight...hahahaha. I know this is the last day in month but we planned a date night for today and looking forward to it....pictures coming. ☺ 

Guess what I am doing right now....nope, not school....I am baking a cake....Mhmmmmmm. ☺

Goals 2013// Week Seventeen

→Be more efficient with my time- I've been doing pretty good with school & other things
 
→A glass of water every day- I have been doing pretty good...on some days I'll drink 2 or three glasses
 
→Play piano 4x a week- I did!!! I just sit down and start playing a little....☺
 
→Play violin once a week- I played Patrick's mandolin....it's the same finger positions....does that count?
 
→Exercise 15 minutes- I did it!!!
 
→Pass out a tract-  Ummmm...no...

So what have we been up too?

A while back....Patrick and I took some pictures with the blooming trees and beautiful sunlight:

Over the weekend I had a sleepover at a families from church....and we had some girly time! ☺

Me with a chocolate mask....it tastes good!! ☺

Later we had some fun with dressing up in vintage dresses and doing each others hair fitting to the time period of our dresses. We had way to much fun....☺

While I was doing girly things with friends Patrick met with a Aussi friend from his German course.

Looks like he was having fun too! ☺

On Sunday after church we ate lunch with new church members...and here is their cute little (6 m) daughter....She was fascinated by Patrick's guitar playing.

What else happened this week?

-Patrick had his first job interview....may the Lord make the best out of it.
-My grandma got her first black eye....a glass of jam fell off the shelf...she caught it with her nose.
-I scrubbed our terrace getting it ready for summer....want to decorate more before I show my before & after pictures. ☺
