I read about this idea a few weeks ago. Giving a simple camera high macro quality. It was interesting, fun and challenging to do. I think I got a few neat pictures....but definitely takes awhile to find the right distance to get quality pictures. So what do you think?
Would you try something like this?
Iris, the pictures are great!! I especially like the one with the water droplets :)

That is my favorite too!! :)
DeleteI really like the detail visible in the insect photos. I'd like to do some nature photography of that sort, but I'm not patient enough!
ReplyDeleteI'm glad those flies just sat there! :) You really don't have to be patient for nature photography....just keep your eyes open for special beauty.
Deletethese are so cool, Iris! What a fun idea! I'd love to try this out one of these days.

DeleteNeat idea. It would never have occurred to me to use a magnifying glass. Love the one with the rain drops.
ReplyDeleteI would have never had that idea myself.....turned out cool! And the raindrop picture is my favorite too!
DeleteI think brilliant, really truly brilliant. I love all these shots. I will be having some fun if I can only find that magnifying glass in the toy box. Mmmmm !!
