The relationship as Patrick and I know it is ending today. Today is when our long distant relationship ENDS....
forever Lord willing.
Now we are starting a new way....I guess the normal way and I can't wait to see how it is like to see each other more often, go to church together, do ministry together, be at family functions together or even spend Christmas together!!!

Excited!

On the weekend we will try to write an update.

  2. :) Dear Iris, you commented on my blog? Here's my reply~
My hair is complicated. It used to be pin straight. I mean, I could literally put it in pigtails and it would stick straight up. That was when I was three.
From the time I began adolescence, my hair was super thick, and pretty straight, but workable. I could curl it and it would stay curly until I washed it.
Now that I'm grown up (lol, sounds corny but I don't know how else to say it) my hair has been splitting off, slimming down, and curling up. It now has a very natural wave, almost curl, to it, and I can use gel to make it super curly.
For my photoshoot, I used a curling iron and some hairspray, and I kept it in (with the help of dry shampoo) for four days-- and it never lost it's curl! I LOVE my hair, but I am trying to prevent it from splitting any more. It used to be past my rear end, and now it's about waist level. I'm doing warm olive oil treatments, and I think it's helping.
    Thanks for the comment!

    1. You have a similar hair story like mine. I had straight straight hair, I prayed for curls every night and at age 8 I got my first curly strand & slowly all my hair became curly. I had hair to my waist but cut it should length at age 16. Then I started playing with my hair and figured out what works best to define my curls.
I wanted to start growing them back out but when I went to college in 2010/11 I got sick and didn't eat well. I lost a lot of hair & have been fighting breakage and split ends.
You said you do warm oil treatments!? Maybe a new blog post on how you do it. I am really discouraged about my hair because I am trying to grow it out but its not been doing well. :(

      Thank you for your answer!
