One of my favorite blogs "The Sweet Surrenderer" is linking up her Currently here and I decided to join! I love reading other people's "currentlys". So here is what I've been currently....
Making....Christmas decoration. I really enjoy decorating and so I stay pinterest-inspired and see what I can do with what I have. But not only I like to craft....my first graders LOVE crafting and so I have been planning and making different winter/ Christmas crafts with them. And have a few more big projects planned before Christmas
Listening...Christmas music...what did you think? I enioy listening to these special songs we only get to listen too such a short time in the year. Since we can't listen to pandora in Germany Patrick I use Spotify. It's great since we don't own alot of Christmas music. We've been especially enjoying this Christmas Classic playlist.
Wrapping....myself in a warm blanket. It's cold!! Last winter was mild and we never got any snow. Not this year...we actually had a few flakes this morning....early for Heidelberg, Germany.
Anticipating...Christmas! The last few Christmas's I've not really had in the Christmas spirit. I don't know if it's working with kids or being a newlywed looking forward to her first Christmas as husband and wife...or both that makes me to excited for Christmas this year. But I am not only looking forward to Christmas itself but to my 3 week Christmas break! Woohoo! During this time I want to do a lot of photo editing and scrap booking. I'm doing a Project Life album for my wedding and a This&That for my honeymoon.
So join and tell me....what are you currently making/ listening/ wrapping/ anticipating?
So much holiday-ness! Love it!
ReplyDeleteYou're doing a Project Life album? I love Project life!! Our Christmas experience must be so different! I'm actually going to the Hahndorf Christkindl Markt next week- a German Christmas market we have in on of our German settled towns over here. Not as amazing as yours, but still super fun!
ReplyDeleteThuis will be my first project life project. Yuo guys have a Christkindl market? That is so neat! Haven't been to ours yet but hope to do so next week!
DeleteA three-week Christmas break sounds amazing! Hope you get lots of fun projects in - I love doing Pinterest-inspired ones too (in fact, I'm having a Pinterest-inspired Christmas decoration/recipe/outfit linkup on December 18, if you're interested!)
ReplyDeleteSounds like fun...will have to work on a few a show blog them!
